Do you ever find that it’s tough to take a moment for yourself these days? Take a deep breath, this is a space where I invite you to be comfortable. I am so glad that you are here, and I am ready to be with you on this journey.
Change will not happen overnight. We might even be dealing with learned behaviors that we have been carrying around all our lives. Maybe it’s trauma that has shaped us into who we are today. Not everyone will share the same journey; we are all unique individuals with our many differences that make us special. Since we are all one-of-kind, I employ a Person-Centered approach, where I believe you already have everything within yourself to make change happen. I will act as a guide to help promote greater self-awareness, confidence, and self-esteem – all of this will take place in a non-judgmental and accepting space.
I am currently in the master’s program for Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Sam Houston State University and will be working towards my licensure in professional counseling under the supervision of Mallory Striesfeld, LPC-S, LMFT-Associate, and the amazing clinical team at Healing Pathways of Houston. Through my experience, I’ve had the great privilege of joining with individuals, children/adolescents, couples, and families on their journeys through anxiety, self-identity, crisis & trauma, and relationship concerns. I can’t wait to have the great privilege and honor of working with you as well!
Outside of work, I like reading, spending time outdoors in nature – even in Houston, and learning. Feel free to schedule a FREE 15-minute consultation with me today. I look forward to meeting with you soon!
