A 15 minute consultation is just a phone call between you and your selected therapist. Your first appointment will be a full 50 minute intake session.

Billing will verify insurance and let you know what your copay, if applicable. We only verify insurance once you schedule an appointment.

The self-pay rate and insurance rates are the same for both in-person and Telehealth sessions.ext goes here

We see children as young as 3 years old and up. We also offer parenting therapy.

Our waiting room is located in Suite 160.

Our therapists have varying schedules ranging from 9am-7pm. Our office building is open during the hours of 8am to 6pm. If you have an appointment after hours, your therapist will grant you access to the building.

As it is, our therapists only operate Monday through Friday.

In-person: When you arrive, proceed to the waiting room in Suite 160 and sign in on iPad. Your therapist will come get you from the waiting room.
Telehealth: You will receive a Simple Practice link prior to the session. You will sign in and your therapist will log on to meet you.

Yes, both you and your therapist have a 15 minute grace period for both in-person and Telehealth sessions.

We are phasing out the Heights location, so we will no longer be scheduling new clients here.

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time and no-shows will be subject to a $100 fee. Three cancellations or late cancellations in a row may prevent you from scheduling in the future.

No, you may call to receive information. But unless you are their legal guardian or caretaker, with documentation to support that, then your adult child will have to call to schedule their own appointment.
