Signs that your mental health is declining

I was thinking today that sometimes we can live and not actually realize that there’s something not quite right either with ourselves or our loved ones.

If you’re experiencing any of these things, or you notice them in a loved one, it’s time to get help!

  1. You’re self-isolating

  2. It’s hard to get out of bed and go about your day

  3. You’re feeling disconnected to reality

  4. You’re feeling anxious or worried all the time

  5. Self-care is not a priority for you

  6. You’re experiencing loss of interest in what you used to like

You need to start the healing journey, and isolating yourself or denying the possibility that you’re unstable only hurts you.

It’s OK not to be OK and to seek professional help.

We are here for you. We are here to help you through this difficult time. You’re not alone. You just have to reach out and ask for help!
