If you have ever felt stuck or lost in life, I assure you, you are not alone. Our world is constantly changing and it can be a challenge to keep up, let alone find your way. I am here to support and guide you on your personal journey, however that may look.
I work with members of the LGBTQIA+ community and other adults and teens who struggle with challenges like anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, and boundaries. My style is compassionate, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I am a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) and utilize mindfulness-based techniques in my therapeutic approach. We will work together to create a plan which allows you to utilize your strengths so you can live in alignment with your values.
I am a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My background is in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and I am certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma. When I am not seeing clients, I love to spend time outside, cuddling with my dog Trish, trying restaurants around Houston, and practicing yoga.
Your story is unique and deserves to be treated with respect and without judgement. I am here to listen. It takes a lot of courage to make the first call, but I invite you to reach out so you can start taking steps towards the life you dream of.
