Today, let’s focus on re-discovering yourself!

What does that mean to be you? Do you really know yourself? How would it be beneficial to you and the people around you if you were to become the best version of yourself?

Think about it. Try out this little exercise and see what you come up with. If you have more to add, get a journal and write them down.

  2. What are ten things you can do to feel your best each day?

  3. What are your strengths?

  4. What are the things you’ve always wanted to try?

  5. What is your biggest fear?
